Please email us at info@sanghamitramedia.com to request a cancellation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service start time will not be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Refunds for Services

Refunds for services will be processed as follows:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time: No refund.

3.1 Subscription Cancellation

3.2 Refunds for Subscriptions

Refunds for subscription services will be processed as follows:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 30 days of the subscription, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining months. Cancellations made after the first 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
