1. Shipping Policy

As a digital marketing agency, all our services and deliverables are provided digitally. We do not ship any physical products unless specifically agreed upon as part of a custom engagement or package.

a) Mode of Delivery

All digital deliverables—including strategy documents, reports, creative assets, ad campaigns, and marketing materials—will be shared via email, cloud-based links (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox), or through project management tools such as Trello, Slack, or ClickUp.

b) Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on the nature and scope of the project. Estimated timelines will be communicated during the onboarding or proposal stage. We ensure timely delivery and will keep you informed in case of any unexpected delays.

2. Exchange & Revision Policy

Since our services are digital and customized to client requirements, we do not offer traditional “exchanges.” However, we do ensure client satisfaction through our revision policy.

a) Revisions

Each service package includes a specific number of revisions, which will be clearly outlined in the proposal or agreement. Additional revisions may be charged as per our standard hourly rates.

b) Service Modifications

If you require modifications to the agreed scope of work after the project has begun, we are happy to accommodate your needs through a change request and adjusted pricing if necessary.

c) No Exchange or Refund for Completed Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing and the effort involved in strategic planning, content creation, and campaign management, completed services are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
